Applications are invited for the following posts :

1. Assistant Librarian / Documentation Officer : 01 post, Pay Band : Rs. 15600-39100 (PB-3) + AGP Rs. 6000, Qualification : Master’s degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale and a consistently good academic record (5% relaxation in marks for SC / ST / PH category), Age Limit : Preferably below 35 years.

2. Assistant Registrar/ Administrative Officer/ Assistant Controller of Exams : 01 post, Pay Band : Rs. 15600-39100 (PB-3) + GP Rs. 5400, Qualification : Good academic record plus Master’s degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale (5% relaxation in marks forSC / ST / PH category), Age Limit : 35 years.

3. Assistant Director (DHMI) : 01 post, Pay Band : Rs. 15600-39100 (PB-3) + GP Rs. 5400, Qualification : A Master’s degree in a Hindi or any of the following Social Science subjects namely Political Science, History, Economics, Commerce with adequate knowledge of English and Hindi, with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade of B in the seven point scale with letter grade O, A, B, C, D, E & F, Age Limit : 45 years.

4. Hindi Officer : 01 post, Pay Band : Rs. 9300-34800 (PB-2) + GP Rs. 4200, Qualification : Master’s degree of a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi with
English as a subject at the degree level, Age : 40 years.

5. Stenographer (English) : 01 post, Pay Band : Rs. 5200-20200 (PB-1) + GP Rs. 2400, Qualification : Passed Sr. Secondary School (10+2) Examination or its equivalent examination, Shorthand speed of 80 words per minute and typing speed of 40 words per minute in English, Age : 27 years.

6. Library Attendant : 01 post, Pay Band : Rs. 5200-20200 (PB-1) + GP Rs. 1800, Qualification : Passed 10th or equivalent examination from any Central / State Education Board or Govt. recognized Institution, Age : 30 years.

7. Laboratory Attendant : 03 posts, Pay Band : Rs. 5200-20200 (PB-1) + GP Rs. 1800,
Qualification : Should have passed Senior Secondary Examination or its equivalent Examination with Science Subject, Age : Preferably below 30 years.
