Recruitment of Superior Judicial Service in Punjab High Court

Applications are invited for the following posts of Superior Judicial Service in Punjab High Court :

1. Superior Judicial Service (Punjab) : 8 posts (SC-6, OBC-1, PH-1), Age : 35-45 years, Qualification : 7 years experience as Advocate.

Fee : Application Fee of Rs.1000/- (Rs.500/- for SC/ ST/ BC candidates) in the form of Bank Draft in favour of Registrar General, High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh drawn at Chandigarh.

Note : Selection will be through a competitive examination.

How to Apply : The last date for submission of application forms for the Advocates enrolled with the District/Sub-Divisional Bar Associations of Punjab, Haryana and U.T., Chandigarh is 19-11-2009. All such Advocates will submit the application forms in the office of District and Sessions Judges concerned. However, all others would send the application forms directly addressed to the Registrar General, High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh in an envolope superscribed as "Application for the post of Additional District Judge in the State of Punjab" on or before 26-11-2009 by 5.00 P.M. Interested candidates may apply in the prescribed format and send it to the Registrar General, High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh.
