Permanent Positions

1. Senior Faculty (Grade VI) : 01 post, Pay Scale : Rs.32900 – 58000, Area : Business Development & Marketing.

2. Faculty (Grade IV) : 01 post, Pay Scale : Rs.24900 – 50500, Area : Industrial & Production Engineering.

3. Faculty (Grade IV) : 01 post, Pay Scale : Rs.24900 – 50500, Area : Finance Management.

4. Assistant Library Officer (Grade I) : 01 post, Pay Scale : Rs.12600 – 32500, Area : Information Center/Library.

5. Assistant Systems Administrator (Grade I) : 01 post, Pay Scale : Rs.12600 – 32500, Area : IT/Computer Systems.

Faculty Positions on Contract

1. Senior Faculty (SCM) : 01 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.53000/- to Rs.63000/-, Area : Supply Chain Management & Programme Management.

2. Senior Faculty (P & OM) : 01 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.42000/- to Rs.48000/-, Area : Production & Operations Management and Quantitative Techniques.

3. Senior Faculty (OD & OB) : 01 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.42000/- to Rs.48000/-, Area : Organisational Design & Organisational Behaviour.

4. Faculty (AS) : 01 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.30000/- to Rs.36000/-, Area : Aeronotical Systems.

Manager (Electrical) position on Contract Basis

1. Manager (Electrical) : 01 post, Age : 45 Years, Qualification : BE/B-Tech or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.

Application Fee : Rs.400/- which is non-refundable (exempted in the case of SC/ST/PWD candidates), drawn on any Nationalised Bank (preferably on State Bank of India) in favour of “HAL Management Academy” payable at Bangalore is to be enclosed along with the application. Candidate’s name should be written on the reverse side of the DD. The Demand Draft should have been obtained between 23/09/2009 and 03/10/2009.
