Applications (Online) are invited from the candidates for the following posts :

1. Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) : 20 posts (Mal-15, Female-5), Pay Scale : Rs. 5200 - 20200 Grade pay Rs. 3000, Qualification : Graduation, Age : 18 to 25 years as on 01/07/2009. Relaxation as 5 years for SC and 3 years for OBC candidates., Height : Male - 5'-7", Female-5'2", Chest : Male- 33" (with expansion of one and half inch), Female - Not applicable.

Last date of receipt of Online application will be 30/09/2009.

How to Apply : Candidates will have to send downloaded hard copy after affixing latest passport size photograph along with the copies of testimonials to and bank draft of Rs.100/- in favour of Section Officer/Accounts, UT Police Hqrs., payable at Chandigarh by Registered Post to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Police Lines, Sector-26, Chandigarh on or before 15/10/2009.
