SSC Pilot July 2010 entry for Men 6th and Women 35th in Air Force

6th SHORT SERVICE COMMISSION (SSC) MEN & 35th SSC WOMEN FLYING PILOT COURSE

Course commencing July 2010

Applications are invited from dynamic Indian Men & Women for a fulfilling Career in the Flying Branch of the Indian Air Force.

Qualificaitons

1. An unmarried Male or Female Indian citizen, 19 to 23 years of age.

2. A first class Graduate in any discipline with Physics and Math’s at 10+2 level or BE/ B.Tech. Final year students may also apply, provided they would qualify for a degree and submit result by 15 June 2010.

3. At least 162.5 cms in height and have a leg length in the range 99 cms and 120 cms, vision 6/6 without spectacles.

Pay Scale : Flying Officer get salary in the Pay Band Rs.15600-39100 + Grade pay + Military Service Pay.

Last date of receipt of application : 05/10/2009

Last Date : 12/10/2009 for Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshdweep & Minicoy Islands, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura, Nagaland and Mizoram.
