Details

Job Responsibilities:

· Execution of training interventions as assigned by the Performance Leader
· Effective delivery of training to achieve outcomes as per SLA with Sales & Distribution
teams of SBU Business units.
· Facilitate orientation of frontline employees to impact customer satisfaction
· Delivery of training as per defined quality standards
· Adherence to all processes as applicable to a Trainer & Master coach.

Qualification / Experience :

Atleast a graduate or equivalent in any discipline.
